My program, the “Path of Ecstasy” is a tantric approach to life that offers a deep understanding of the internal flow of energy and how we can activate and use this energy to heal physically and emotionally, and find a state of bliss and ecstasy on a daily level. Most of us are only familiar with this state through either substances or sex, but my approach seeks to cultivate a lasting natural High through tantric practices by way of a deep dive into ourselves that clears long-seated blockages from the system and allows ecstatic energy to flow and expand through the whole body! As the centre of your being and energy system, the heart is a very special focus of our practices, and through gently opening the heart we are able to find deep joy and bliss in ourselves.
When you find that life has become a little harder, a little grey or it is not easy for you to access that joy of being – this is the retreat for you!
In this retreat, I will not only teach you practices and techniques that you can use in your daily life to keep your energy fresh and strong, but I will also exclusively offer two very special and rare tantric ceremonies from India. These ceremonies are used as tools to access deeper levels of consciousness and to clear very deep-seated blockages that stand between us and our happiness.
These ceremonies are not known and practiced widely in the west but have the power to awaken the flow of kundalini energy in your body and heal even serious physical illnesses and emotional wounds.
They are the most special experience I have to offer and I am delighted to share them with you in this retreat!

There will be no nudity or sexual activity in the retreat space – the practices that we will share are energy-based and non-sexual! There will be information and teachings about sexual tantra as a part of the program, and you are invited to apply and practice them at home in your own personal space, with or without a partner!
The retreat takes place in the wonderful LOMAS DE TZUNUNA Retreat center with the best view of the lake!
Our host Maria’s hospitality, the beautiful scenery and amazing food will provide the perfect conditions to dive deep into the magic that you are!
Accommodation is in beautiful single occupancy bungalow rooms, the food that will be served consists of healthy and yummy vegan and vegetarian meals!
The number of participants is limited to an intimate group of maximum 14 people.
There is a swimming pool and a steam room (pool is included for free use throughout the retreat, the steam room is available for a small fee) and the hotel has its own dock where you can swim and relax by the lake.
Maria is offering massages (not included in the retreat fee), and I am available for private sessions after the retreat as well!
Close by the safe and secluded space of our retreat, you can explore the neighbouring villages after the retreat ends – in San Marcos, just a short boat ride from our retreat centre, you will find hippie life at its best – with a lot of dance, events and short workshops on offer! Or you explore the scenery – there are beautiful nature walks and of course the option of climbing the volcano! I am also happy to take you on a little tour after the retreat and we can go sing and dance together! The last group was amazing and we had so much fun together – I am super excited for this one!!!
For travel arrangements, if you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to ask me – I have traveled the world for the last 15 years and might be able to support you with some useful information! We can also arrange transportation straight from the airport to the retreat center.

Travel details:
If you come by plane, the nearest airport is Malaga Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) Transport to the Retreat Center by Taxi, about 40 minutes Accommodation in 2- and 3-person shared rooms. The number of participants is limited to an intimate group of maximum 10-12 people. The Temple, where we will hold our sessions, is a wonderful sacred and beautifully designed space! The surroundings include a saltwater plunge pool, a beautiful garden and a trail that leads to a freshwater spring. Catering by the amazing Pachamama Organics!
